Jensen Hughes is a leading fire and life safety consulting firm providing a range of professional services involving life safety, fire protection, fire alarm, security and mass notification on commercial, institutional and industrial projects for clients worldwide. Qualified candidates will have a degree in Fire Protection Engineering or a related engineering discipline with fire engineering/consulting experience and a minimum of 7 years of experience. The successful candidate will:

Provide code consulting services and/or design fire and life safety systems for a variety of exciting projects and clients
• Plan and direct engineering activities for your own projects
• Conduct building fire protection, code and life safety facility evaluations
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations

• BS or MS in Fire Protection Engineering (or related discipline) with 7+ years of related experience.
• AutoCAD experience and/or experience with Revit desirable
• Licensed as Professional Engineer (PE) or able to gain licensure in the future
• Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present clear and technically sound fire protection engineering strategies to individuals with varying technical experience
