Job Description

Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Seattle

What's the Opportunity?

Anchor QEA is seeking a full-time, experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Client Experience team. This position will primarily focus on development and delivery of high-quality marketing brochures and collateral materials. The Marketing Coordinator will gather and maintain content in marketing databases, draft and edit boilerplate text, present compelling visual layouts of collateral materials for print and electronic delivery and offer a variety of general marketing support services to Anchor QEA staff nationwide.

The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will coordinate daily with Proposal Managers, the Product Delivery team, and other technical staff to optimize the overall marketing workflow. To meet client deadlines and support Client Experience operations across time zones, work may occasionally be required during evenings and weekends. Candidates for this position must also be able to perform all job functions virtually (e.g., stable Wi-Fi). This position is open to candidates local to any of our Anchor QEA offices and does not offer relocation funds.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brochure development process, including writing and tailoring boilerplate text and project descriptions, staff biosketches and resumes, standard company information, and other marketing collateral as needed
  • Utilize advanced writing and design skills to translate the brand into creative and persuasive work product layouts, infographics, and advertisements
  • Support the development of graphics and charts, including infographics
  • Maintain and update marketing content databases
  • Develop detailed deliverable schedules and manage multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Draft detailed meeting notes, track action items and checklists, and update notes/lists with any changing requirements
  • Seek to continuously improve the brochure design and production processes for efficiency and quality control
  • Support other company-wide marketing efforts as needed

What Are We Looking For?

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; without a degree, 9 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Advanced written and visual communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Cosential/Unanet CRM preferred
  • Excellent time management, proven efficiency, and resourcefulness with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Understanding of company brand implementation and QA/QC processes with exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and highly responsive to internal clients, and to other members of the Client Experience team
  • Must be able to work remotely, independently, and as part of a dispersed team
  • Knowledge of A/E/C industry marketing fundamentals, terminology, and delivery methods

Salary and Other Compensation:

  • Range in Seattle: $72,193 - $80,000 annually
  • Annual Bonus


Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:

  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability programs.
  • Paid Company and Floating Holidays: 7 paid company and 2 floating holidays annually
  • Vacation: 2 weeks accrued paid vacation based on length of service. Vacation may vary by level.
