What's the Opportunity?

The Human Resources team at Anchor QEA is growing and is adding an HR Coordinator to the team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who brings superior administrative support to deliver organizational efficiency, and an excitement to grow in their Human Resources knowledge at Anchor QEA.


Responsibilities:

  • Support and improve how we attract and select talent
  • Coordinate candidate interview scheduling
  • Draft candidate offer letters and manage new hire documentation
  • Manage full onboarding cycle for new employee, including scheduling, new hire paperwork, and I-9 verification
  • Launch and monitor background checks as needed
  • Ongoing systems support and reporting


What Are We Looking For?

  • Ideal candidates will have the following:
  • 0-3 Years of experience in an HR Administrative Capacity
  • BA/ BS or equivalent experience
  • Detail driven and strong communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with ATS systems and reporting
  • Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees within the organization
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
