Job Purpose:
The Sr. Director Optical Business Development will be prime to develop our Optical business delivering business growth in line with our strategic plans over the next 3yrs. As prime, the candidate will be responsible to create sales opportunities on a specific list of targeted accounts and work with the relevant teams to assess the evolution of the markets, customers and technologies to ensure we are continuously adjusting our sales strategy and target customers.

Education and Experience:
•12-15 years of related experience
•Previous experience in a manufacturing plant
•Ability to work with others in a demanding environment
•Works as a team player bringing both the customer input as well as representing SANM manufacturing facilities
•Possess the business savvy necessary to drives both SANM and the Customer to improve in areas need
