Position Description:

  • Restores or works to maintain patient's current level of independence and physical functionality.
  • Alleviates pain and prevents disability or impact of disease by planning and administering medically prescribed interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Must have a clear/active Physical Therapy license in Arizona
  • Current CPR certification and current tuberculosis documentation
  • Corrections, forensic or criminal justice experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
