Reporting to the VP, On Premise Marketing, you will translate our national strategy into actionable plans at the field level. You will secure agreement among the twelve regional marketing teams to ensure that our strategies, activations, and events increase substantial growth across the On Premise channel. You will develop and implement well-balanced annual business plans across all regions. Drawing from both national and regional insights and adapting to diverse local market conditions, you will provide expert guidance to our regional On Premise Marketing leaders, ensuring successful execution of initiatives that resonate with local audiences. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding regional marketing leads on performance management and goal development.

Guide regional On Premise and marketing leadership in crafting strategic, insights-driven annual business plans.
Evaluate and share emerging On Premise market trends globally and nationally, identifying growth opportunities for Red Bull.
Collaborate with the Vice President of On Premise Marketing to develop strategic and scalable programs aimed at boosting trial, enhancing awareness, and fostering sustainable consumer demand in the On Premise channel.
Amplify regional input during RBNA business planning, ensuring plans inspire consumers and are adequately funded.
Implement the On Premise Marketing business plan on budget and on time, achieving pre-set goals.
Identify, document, and share best practices across Red Bull teams globally.
Address regional execution issues promptly, driving remediation efforts.
Facilitate regular alignments with Brand Marketing, Culture, Sports, Finance, and Global counterparts to implement relevant marketing initiatives into the On Premise sector.
LEADERSHIP AND TEAM CULTIVATION
Mentor regional marketing leads on performance management and goal development.
Foster a year-round high-performance culture within the On-Premise Marketing department, supporting regional Directors in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new senior On-Premise Marketing Managers to ensure sustained excellence.
Cultivate an inclusive culture within the On Premise Marketing department across Red Bull North America.
