Job Summary:

As a Business Development Representative specializing in Mobile Upfitting Services, your primary mission is to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and securing commercial and government entities as valued clients. You will serve as the key point of contact between our company and potential customers, focusing on understanding their unique needs and offering tailored mobile upfitting solutions. This role is instrumental in expanding our market presence and ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

· Identify and research potential clients in the commercial and government sectors.

· Generate a steady pipeline of leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage marketing materials and campaigns for lead generation.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

· Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

· Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our mobile upfitting services.

· Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' unique requirements and proposing tailored solutions.

Sales and Proposal Development:

· Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes to potential clients.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.

· Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

· Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.

· Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and goals.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in selling services to commercial and government entities.

· Familiarity with mobile upfitting services, fleet management, or related industries is advantageous.

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

· Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required Experience:

· Business to business sales experience

· 3 to 5 years inside/outside sales, customer service, telemarketing, or phone support experience

· Experience using Outlook, Excel, data base software.

· Experience selling product or service over the phone.

· Past experience in selling technical products is a plus
