REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- All required NWCG certificates and Position Task Books for any prerequisite qualifications or required training (FFT2, FFT1, ENGB/CRWB, STEN/TFLD)
- ICS (PMS 310-1) qualified at the minimum Strike Team Leader level (TFLD preferred)
- Other documentation/ certifications considered on case-by-case basis
- Wildland Fire Safety Training Annual Refresher (WFSTAR) (RT-130)
- Ability to pass a WCT (Work Capacity Test/Pack Test) at Arduous Level (ability to walk 3 miles in 45 minutes with a 45 pound pack)
- Employees must be 21 years of age or older.
- DOT Medical Examiner’s Certification (will be authorized by employer for qualified individuals)
- Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record
