Moebius Solutions, Inc. is a small disadvantaged business that is based in San Diego, CA. We currently have over 70 employees and a brisk business supporting both Department of Defense and Commercial customers. Subject matter expertise includes many Command and Control (C2) systems such as Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Extensible Common Operational Picture (XCOP), Open Track Manager (OTM), and Command and Control Rapid Prototype Continuum (C2RPC). As a small group of software engineers and subject matter experts, we have low corporate overhead; we maintain a collaborative work environment; we promote creative solutions; and we keep customer and employee satisfaction a top priority.

Focus

Moebius Solutions develops advanced Command and Control software, middleware and integration platforms for the Navy and Marine Corps in support of the Global Command and Control System - Maritime (GCCS-M) and C2PC Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) platforms. We have expertise in building software solutions using a wide array of languages: such as C++, Java, Javascript, formats such as XML, HTML, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) technologies such as SOAP, REST, JMS, and WS-N.

Moebius Solutions develops advanced debug and test software. We have developed a network enabled crash reporting system for Sony Computer Entertainment America that allows Play Station 3 kernel and game developers to troubleshoot problems.
Moebius Solutions works closely with the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) in house development team by providing development services to for the OTM Project including the C2RPC, the Combat Systems Command and Control (CSC2) directed experimentation efforts, and Consolidated Net-Centric Data Environment (CNDE) and C2 Core development and integration.


Moebius Solutions is committed to supporting Open Source software to the maximum extent that our DoD and Commercial customers allow and has published jSegue to the Open Source community as a SourceForge project. The jSegue software generates Java classes that allow Java programs to access OLE Automation Servers and vice versa. Furthermore, our Marine Corps projects use an Open Source License (GNU Public License) and are hosted for DoD customers on Forge.mil.
