Andrew Miller is the Executive Chef for 8-twelve MVP Bar & Grill and a huge proponent for sourcing food locally. Andrew started working for free in local restaurants in Illinois at the age of 14, displaying his passion for learning and drive to succeed. He decided to graduate high school early to attend The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where he graduated near the top of his class. Andrew has worked with a number of high-quality chefs in different restaurants, which included helping to open Terzo Piano Restaurant at the Art Institute of Chicago.
