JOB DESCRIPTION - TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE (MARKETING)

Job Details:

  • Employment Status: Full Time

  • Job Location: Southern California (Travel 90% plus)


Seeking an experienced Territory Manager who will serve as a liaison between all functional departments and our CA Independent Brokers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the relationship between Pronto and the Independent Agency. Must have 1-3 years experience managing sales, agencies, and/or staff. This is a KPI driven position with bonus potential commensurate to performance.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies

  • Analyze data to find the most efficient strategies to grow territory

  • Meet with Agencies to address concerns and provide solutions

  • Discover sales opportunities through researching agencies.

  • Present new and existing products and services to agencies

  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate agency relationships

  • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes

  • Assess sales/loss ratio performance according to KPIs

  • Monitor competition within assigned region


Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred

  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs

  • Proficient in MS Office/ Google Suite; familiarity with CRM Software is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organizational and leadership ability

  • Problem-solving aptitude

  • Bilingual preferred

  • Insurance industry experience preferred
