SUMMARY:
This position is to support the Licensing team with calendar management, sample/product approvals, catalogue creation and GTM coordination across all Boardriders brands. This position reports to the Director of Licensing.

This position is based in our Huntington Beach, CA office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General administration, file organization, and invoicing
  • Calendar development and adherence
  • Sample gatekeeper including inventory, packing/unpacking, and organization of all sample submissions
  • Management of product approvals and approval logs between licensees and Boardriders brands
  • Photo studio production and photo shoot support
  • Development and creation of multi-branded digital catalogs
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal teams such as sales, retail, ecommerce, marketing, demand planning and global M&D
  • Sell-in and GTM coordination and support
  • Assistance preparing presentations, tradeshows, special events as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships and communication with licensees and retailers
  • Provides timely follow up on assets, materials and presentations as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

  • 2+ years Licensing/Consumer Products experience in Apparel, Accessory, Footwear and/or Sporting Goods products
  • Planning and project management experience
  • Knowledge of product development calendar, timelines and deliverables
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Illustrator, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Self-motivated, self-starter
