Raymond Handling Concepts Corporation is looking for a strong Fleet Administrator to help support our Service Team! This position is responsible for monitoring all SAP Fleet claims and IVR portals. They will communicate and log all Fleet defects and maintain the aging.
* Adds Denied and short paid claims to SharePoint Pending log assigned to Ops Manager for rebilling.
* Follow up on claims in create status.
* Forward Accounting claims that need to go against adjustments.
* Maintains SAP Fleet Aging Report.
* Updates work order status in FM Pilot and emails Factory & Service Admin Manager any issues.
* Follows up with Technicians on incomplete IVR and KPI defects.
* Maintains IVR process and assist techs with IVR as needed.
* Assist Accounting with 3rd party Billing sites.
* Update Special Customer List and Customer Specifics tab.
* Request funds and NTE increases.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. One-year experience in dispatching or administrative support and customer service. Good computer skills with knowledge of word and excel. Quick data entry skills will be expected and required. Accurate and efficient 10-key is also required.
