Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary subject matter expert on Treasury within the company including cash management, cash forecasting, intercompany settlements, hedging our monetary positions and managing our debt payments plus covenants.

  • Partner closely with the accounting and tax teams as well as legal department to ensure that cash is optimized, debt is maintained, and FX transactions are properly hedged.

  • Manage global cash movements and intercompany settlements to ensure that all flows are timely

  • Manage US bank accounts and fees

  • Optimize bank accounts across the globe by working with foreign regions to understand needs and requirements

  • Review high value cash movements to ensure reduced fees when converted

  • Revamp and maintain our hedging program that reduces FX exposure and FX fees

  • Participate in debt restructuring, when needed

  • Build a new function with the finance organization

  • Manage the Insurance renewal process with the Company's broker including preparation of applications and necessary data; negotiate premiums, and maintain insurance policies

  • Manage insurance claims and correspondence with insurance broker

  • Ensure compliance with all SOX controls and requirements

  • Develop a strong working relationship with bankers and insurance brokers

Qualifications:

a. Required:

  • Significant industry experience in actual application of Treasury

  • Experience with implementing systems and new processes to scale organization

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with peers and management up to the Executive level, particularly with regard to complex banking negotiations and arrangements

  • Significant experience working with the accounting and tax organization in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to motivate, communicate and drive continuous improvement - including departments outside of finance

  • Understanding of the requirements of SOX in a public company environment

  • Solid planning, leadership, and administration skills

  • High energy; demonstrates urgency, fast pace and ability to multi-task

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

b.Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of banking structures and hedging programs
