Griffith Company is actively seeking craft workers for our rapidly growing San Diego operations. We have over $250 million worth of local backlog in San Diego that will span the next six years, and we are actively pursuing additional projects that will create jobs and ultimately add value to the communities that we live and work in throughout San Diego County.

We are particularly interested in hiring skilled journeyman Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers and Operators. We are also looking for ambitious apprentices from all of these trades that we can train and mold into the next generation of top industry talent. We are a union contractor, so only union affiliated candidates will be considered.
