What's the Opportunity?
Anchor QEA is seeking a full-time, experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Client Experience team. This position will primarily focus on development and delivery of high-quality marketing brochures and collateral materials. The Marketing Coordinator will gather and maintain content in marketing databases, draft and edit boilerplate text, present compelling visual layouts of collateral materials for print and electronic delivery, and offer a variety of general marketing support services to Anchor QEA staff nationwide.
The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will coordinate daily with Proposal Managers, the Product Delivery team, and other technical staff to optimize the overall marketing workflow. To meet client deadlines and support Client Experience operations across time zones, work may occasionally be required during evenings and weekends. Candidates for this position must also be able to perform all job functions virtually (e.g., stable Wi-Fi). This position is open to candidates local to any of our Anchor QEA offices and does not offer relocation funds.
