Crissair is looking for an entry level Material Handler/Driver to join our production team!

Summary
Coordinate all requirements to streamline the moving of jobs throughout the Machine Shop. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Raw Material stockroom to include stocking and inventory/cycle count as required.  
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other tasks and duties may be required as directed.
•    Material sales orders receipts and inspection of incoming and outgoing raw material. (Check material certifications, heat treat certifications to ensure compliance).
•    Measuring material for correct size.
•    Receiving materials in to stock via the Avante MRP system.
•    Completing required paperwork (stamp and label all documents then scan them in and put it into electronic folders by receiver numbers).
•    Marking of raw material going into stock locations.  (Rec#, diameter and type of material).
•    Verification that picklist call outs meet blueprint call outs. (Sizes, Material Specs, etc.).
•    Issue work orders to the machine shop floor. (Includes printing work orders, drawings and material certs).
•    Do a weekly inventory on all chemicals kept in that area as needed.  Checking that chemicals are not expired, and replenishment is not needed.
•    Work with Mexico facility with any material issues that arise.
•    Material transfer and shipping to Mexico facility.
•    Prepare jobs for machining by gathering programs.
•    Move all jobs to the proper destination.
•    Review work orders for line buy-offs.
•    Create work order packets.
•    Notify planning of any cell changes via Planning Change Request Form.
•    File programs after they are done.
•    Print, distribute, and monitor dispatch reports daily.
•    Box parts when needed.
•    Keep working area clean and well organized.
•    Create, correct, and maintain inspection sheets for work order packages.
•    Seek and document lean process improvement ideas.

Qualification Requirements
Education/Experience
•    High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and one year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
•    Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 
•    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  
•    Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Math Skills
•    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  
•    Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Skills
•    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.  
•    Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer/ Office / Technical Skills
•    Basic windows/internet browser
