Job Summary

The Field Clerk is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Fabrication shop to include data entry and assembly of quality control packages. Will perform various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and general support functions, as needed.

Essential Functions
  • Actively support the Company's commitment to safety and its "Core Values."
  • Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's "Code of Business Conduct and Ethics."
  • Support QC group in research and other activities related to quality.
  • Frequently interacts with QC Personnel, Project Managers, and the Operations team.
  • Accurately and timely performs data entry functions.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with databases.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong detail orientation; must have ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies
  • Strong customer service mindset.

The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience, specific skill set, geographic location, internal equity, and other factors influencing pay. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of this range, and in certain circumstances, may fall outside the listed hiring range.

Hiring range: $20.15 to $26.00 per hour
