Duties and Responsibilities:
The Licensing Coordinator develops, coordinates, and implements all aspects of the Licensing and Facilities Rental program, and supports Licensing Manager and Director of Admin. Services in sponsorships and marketing programs; maintains Licensing website; promotes campus facilities, researches new business opportunities reviews, and generates contracts and agreements.   Performs all communications with clients and campus departments, conducts tours of campus facilities for new or potential clients and creates Licensing’s monthly/quarterly reports. Provides support on the management of cell site agreements, creates monthly and quarterly spreadsheets and reports, and coordinates and provides access to campus facilities for annual equipment upgrades.  Monitors status of potential, current, open contracts, and closing contracts; reconciles, and prepares chargeback forms deposits, and check requests; researches questions and discrepancies, follows-up with internal and external individuals to resolve issues; and interfaces with the campus as required.  Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience to and equivalent to two years of full-time, progressively responsible administrative, marketing, licensing, or technical experience that has provided the applicant with the knowledge, specialized skills, and abilities listed. A four-year degree in business, communications, or other related fields may be substituted for two years of work experience.  Prior experience with marketing, licensing, or event production skills is desired.  Must be detail-oriented and able to collaborate and communicate with campus partners.  Experience in editing and financial/bookkeeping experience desired.

Knowledge, Specialized Skills, and Abilities:
Working knowledge of arithmetic and general record-keeping methods, procedures, and practices. Some knowledge of event coordination and the ability to deal with strong/difficult personalities are desired. Ability and specialized skills to: independently interpret and apply a wide variety of complex policies and procedures; coordinate multiple administrative tasks, prioritize, set, and meet respective deadlines; deal effectively in a patient and professional manner with staff and visitors, sometimes in challenging situations; investigate, analyze, and resolve routine clerical problems; work in a busy, fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks; communicate effectively both orally and in writing; independently prepare and draft clear and concise final form of memoranda and correspondence; keep moderately complex records and files; establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.  Possess excellent customer service skills.  Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Word and Excel is required.  Familiarity with web/graphic design programs is a plus.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).
Full Pay range: $20.22- $31.78 per hour
The anticipated hiring range: $20.22-$27 per hour
Time Base: Full-Time

THE SELECTED CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO PASS A THOROUGH DEPARTMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION AND LIVE SCAN.
Per TUC Mandate, the candidate will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination including a booster.
