The Department of Medicine is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to perform clerical tasks such as emailing, photocopying, answering phones/phone calls, emailing for the general office and research studies. In this role you will assist the Principal Investigator and or Physician with office tasks that include scheduling appointments in addition to conducting patient outreach, education and fundraising. Target hourly rate: $22.03-$43.68
Qualifications

Required: * Previous Experience in Nephrology * Ability to maintain office systems and records. * Demonstrated ability to establish cooperative working relationships. Ability to function effectively as a member of a team. * Punctual with consistent attendance record * Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively and diplomatically interact with others. * Strong written communication skills to compose correspondence. * Ability to handle confidential material with judgement and discretion. * Computer knowledge; Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel. * Previous Experience in Social Media Marketing * Time Flexibility
