Prep Cooks set up our line for success by handling every aspect of ingredient and recipe prep. They stock food as needed and prepare all types of food.

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A PREP COOK:

• 6 months work experience in a similar position within a scratch cooking restaurant.
• Knowledge of weights, measures, volume and cooking procedures.
• Knowledge of production sheets.
• Food safety and sanitation practices.
• Knife skills and identification of various cuts.
• You must be able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time and lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• You must be 17 years or older.
