The University Corporation is a non-profit auxiliary corporation providing commercial and administrative services to California State University, Northridge. Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Executive Director and Nazarian College Dean, the Asst/Assoc Director is an innovative, collaborative, and detailed oriented professional requiring minimal supervision serving in a pivotal leadership role in the newly chartered Center for Social and Technology Entrepreneurship (C-STE).  In this role, the Asst/Assoc Director will serve as a key liaison with internal and external CSUN stakeholders, inspire and drive innovative and fundable program development, effectively communicate the strategy and actions of the C-STE to all stakeholders through various outlets including social media, annual reports, and website, manage the day-to-day operations of the Center including budgets to ensure efficiencies, oversees the analyses of program-related databases for data-driven decision making, and inspires and leads integrative collaborations among C-STE personnel. Rank of Assistant versus Associate Director is contingent on the degree of relevant experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent; MBA preferred. 3 Years minimum of Fund/Scholarship experience. 3-5 Years of Management experience. 5-10 Years of Academic Entrepreneurship experience preferred

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm
The anticipated hiring range: $100,000 Annually - 110,000 Annually
Time Base: Full-Time
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403 (b), Life, AD&D, Flex Spending
