Overview of the role

Digital Web Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production artists. We work closely with our editorial counterparts to make our website, emails and digital assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Kids and teen brand voice. We also collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in eCom, Development, Brand Marketing and Photo Studio to name a few! We are all about sharing creative ideas and supporting each other to not only do our best work, but also to build a strong sense of family and community. You will be responsible for maintaining web content digital assets to provide a best-in-class customer experience through shop paths and product pages. Come join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and archive digital images in preparation for each site launch
  • Crop, color-correct and alter images in Photoshop as needed
  • Maintain complex web content management systems to provide visual cohesion and consistency per category for product pages, imagery, product details and category thumbnails
  • Coordinate and support up-to-date image photo accuracy and consistency across all US and Global digital platforms and websites
  • Collaborate with creative teams to execute site creative assets for new and brand initiatives across Pottery Barn Kids and Teen
  • Maintain cross-functional and cross-brand workflow processes and standards to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently
  • Participate in site launches and testing
  • Continually drive and evolve Pottery Barn Kids and Teen brand standards for product pages

Criteria

  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • 4 year bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Web-based Content Management systems
  • Highly proficient in Mac OSX (connecting to servers, organizing files, and sharing documents)
  • Experience working cross-functionally across many teams and departments
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, most importantly Excel
  • Familiarity with project management and creative tools (Airtable, JIRA, Figma)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills; must be highly detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work onsite in our San Francisco corporate office

FOR CA ONLY:

The expected starting pay range for this position is $29-37/hour. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.

This is currently a hybrid role primarily based in our San Francisco office. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or to be remote at this time.
