Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicates and works with the respective department personnel to ensure critical orders are expedited through the required PCB manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to daily Production Meetings and issue updates to the daily schedule to attendees.
• Evaluate schedule dates, make changes as necessary and communicate changes to production and planning management.
• Monitor production schedules to meet shipping dates driven by customer requirements.
• Reviews schedules to determine whether or not orders will ship on time.
• Update production management with any changes to job schedules
• Update production reports / lists on a continuous, as well as as-needed basis.
• Work with production control and engineering teams to ensure timely job releases.
• Responsible for any additional duties and or responsibilities as assigned.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software, inventory management tools and accounting applications.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferred, but not required.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs, particularly Excel.
• Ability to be trained in usage of manufacturing applications.
• Excellent responsiveness and customer focus.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends when needed.
