Tool Crib Attendant - 2nd Shift

Chatsworth, California, United States

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up fixtures for different types of grinding machines
• Help prepare kits for new setups on the grind areas
• Maintain tools inventories cleaned and organized
• Supply tools and supplies to grind floor team members

Requirements:

• Able to read Blueprints
• Good mechanical ability, good communication skills, quick learner, good attitude
• Basic math knowledge

Team player

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:
Prior machine operation preferred

Job Skills:
Mechanical aptitude


Abilities:
Ability to read and understand complex written and verbal instructions in English
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction) and maintain an understanding of the decimal system
Able to be flexible and respond to the changing needs of the organization
Good manual and concentrated visual attention dexterity skills


Other Requirements:

Note: Physical job requirements may include standing, use of hands to assemble and or carry out job functions as well as sitting, lifting, carrying, bending and stooping during the course of the job.

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

Pay: $18.00/hr base pay (.75 cents - 2nd shift incentive)
