As an Instrument and Controls Project Engineer in our Overland Park, KS office, you will help us empower our clients to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing power industry through design and improvement of control systems for all types of facilities and generation technologies including reciprocating engines, simple and combined cycle combustion turbines, combined heat & power (CHP), solar, wind and energy storage systems.

In this role, you will be involved with the development of process and industrial system P&IDs, system architectures, wiring schematics and drawings, specifications, instrument points lists, control sequences, and other associated automation system design documentation. Other responsibilities include consultation on controls, performing field surveys, and reviewing vendor submittals. You will also be responsible for developing innovative and unique control solutions to align with project, client, and project partner's needs which includes:
