GFEBS PM Coordinator (LEAD) – Yuma Proving Ground, AZ (Contingent on Contract Award)

The GFEBS PM Coordinator is responsible for utilizing GFEBS (US ARMY Computerized Maintenance Management System) on a Military installation.
The GFEBS PM Coordinator must be available between the hours of 6:00AM – 4:30PM, Monday through Thursday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

Essential Duties:
  • Responsible for GFEBS data entry and reporting. 
  • The GFEBS PM Coordinator is responsible for the following roles in GFEBS:
    • A76 Department of Public Works (DPW) Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller
    • A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor
    • A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter

Qualifications/Experience Required:
  • Working knowledge of GFEBS and is expected to complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within thirty (30) business days of being employed. 
  • Must provide certificates of completion for all roles required to perform the requirements of the position including GFEBS Certification. 
  • Shall possess at a minimum three (3) years of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.
A background check and drug screen will be conducted for this position.
