DESCRIPTION: MSK TriTech Group, LLC is looking to fill a Test Engineer position in support of the Army Aerostats program.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Provide expertise regarding priorities for the development, testing and fielding of systems.
• Evaluate test incident reports.
• Perform on-site installation, calibration, and testing of engineering efforts and verification software installations.
• Assist with coordination of testing events.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Knowledge of DoD test processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of avionics.
• Ability to perform on-site installation, calibration, and testing of engineering efforts and verification software installations.
• Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
• Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree (desired).
• Five (5) years of experience in test engineering, including evaluating system requirements, developing test plans, and in design and execution of tests (Required).
• 10 years of experience in test engineering, including evaluating system requirements, developing test plans, and in design and execution of tests (Desired).
• Experience with of Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) processes (Desired).

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs. Tests may occur under a wide range of environmental conditions and requires ability to service aerostat systems.
