BAI, a Defense contractor, is seeking a Software Developer for electronic warfare software tools (ELINT) with 4+ years of experience for our expanding workforce supporting current and evolving work within AEA SHEELD,for a U.S. Navy program to work onsite at Point Mugu Naval Air Station in Camarillo, CA.

Salary
The typical annual salary range for this position is $95,000 USD to $125,000 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.
- Evaluate, develop and manage systems level requirements to include analyzing requirements for appropriate decomposition, allocation, and traceability and document the results
- Development and review of technical documentation (requirements, designs, test procedures, presentations, etc.)
- Participating in review boards, status meetings, and coordinate with internal/external agencies and customers. The candidate will work within an integrated government/contractor team
- Working at the customer's site with government personnel to ensure program success
Develop analyst training and reference material
- Experience with various fixed and rotary wing platforms
- Electronic Warfare knowledge and experience with understanding of threat systems, mission analysis, and Concept of Operations
- Effective interface with senior-level leaders, end users, analysis and other contractor & customer personnel in a diverse team setting
- Be able to work independently, determine & develop approach to solutions
- Ability to write clear, concise documentation
Education
4-7 years of experience in a military ELINT analyst billet required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering desired
Clearance Secret / TS preferred
Condition of employment - The applicant must have and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Citizenship
Must have a US citizenship at time of application.
