Job Description
Paul Hastings LLP is seeking a 4th-6th Year associate for the Employment Law Department. Candidates may sit in our Los Angeles or San Francisco offices. Substantial litigation experience is required and employment litigation experience strongly preferred. Trade secret, covenants not to compete, pay equity or class action experience a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Candidate must be admitted to the California Bar. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $370,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
