Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The US/Global T&E manager will be leading the US transaction audit team as main point of contact globally for T&E policy/system. They will coordinate, standardize and streamline processes within the global T&E platform. We are looking for the right individual to take our well established tools and processes to an elite level!
Primary responsibilities:Directly lead the US expense report post transaction audit team. Provide direction and mentorship to team on compliance & business processes while ensuring timely booking and payment of T&E claims. Maintain/update documentation to ensure that all T&E compliance related checklists, manuals and procedural documents are updated and reflect current department/team practices
Indirectly lead queries from non-US entities to ensure global standardization and adherence to global policies
Coordinate and develop a solid understanding of all functional areas that impact expense reimbursement. Provide strategic direction and oversight of the global T&E process, work to improve and enhance the exception reporting and post transaction audit capabilities
Lead employee relationship and increase the level of customer service to internal employees & partners. Reduce friction across all stages of the T&E cycle. Collaborate with Corporate communication to regularly communicate/educate employees on key aspects of the T&E process, process improvements, policy updates.
Identify and report on key global operational metrics for expense reporting (volumes, quality, compliance, cycles times)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree and work experience of 5+ years
2-3 years of experience as a team lead in handling people
Strong understanding of T&E policies/procedures
Comfortable working in a global environment with business partners and team members that may be working from various locations
Upbeat, positive and customer-service oriented demeanor
Strong dedication to permanent process/system improvements and standardization
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence and drive sound business decisions
Excellent leadership skills with collaborative working style and ability to work cross functionally
Strong program management and organizational skills with an ability to plan and perform multiple tasks
