Job Description:

Sr. Treasury Analyst - Broadcom

Broadcom has an exciting position in Treasury to help the Company manage its global treasury integration, streamlining and automation of treasury operations. The position is located in Palo Alto, California.

*Responsibilities*

  • Integration project coordination and support

  • Bank rationalization by region with a focus on less-responsive local banks

  • Ebanking new function expansion and legacy function elimination

  • New bank onboarding and connectivity setup

  • Liaise with banks to ensure proper controls on bank accounts and solve bank related problems

  • Assist with the annual FBAR reporting and filing process

  • Support bank account management: security administration for banking portals, bank account setup and update, signatory change and reporting

  • Assist with Audit and SOX compliance for treasury functions

  • Document and maintain treasury compliance procedures

  • Backup to Treasury team as needed

  • Other ad-hoc support as requested

*Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting

  • +8 to 10 years of Treasury experience with multinational and banking organization preferred

  • Experience with Treasury management systems and ebanking portals

  • Financial modeling skills and proficiency in MX Excel

  • Attention to details and accuracy

  • Willing to digging into issues and finding out solutions

  • Ability to provide creative solutions and bring new ideas to automate current workflows

  • Self-motivated individual with ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

  • Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects with minimal directions

  • Interested in process improvement

  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills

  • A positive attitude, passions for Treasury compliance and proven abilities to collaborate are highly desired

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
