We are a small team of experienced product leaders and operators building products from the ground up with the unique advantage of being backed by Fanatics ($31bn valuation) - the world's largest sports merchandiser, which includes 900 sports relationships, 90+ million reachable fans, and exclusive licensing deals with the MLB, NFL, and NBA. The opportunity before us is vast. Live stream shopping in China currently equates to 20% of ecommerce ($300bn annually) while in the US, live stream shopping is on trajectory to double from 2022 to 2025.

We are seeking a dynamic leader with 10+ years of experience in building and nurturing world-class, multi-faceted partnerships in digital-first businesses. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who will be responsible for managing end-to-end partner performance, developing and executing partnership strategies, and fostering strong relationships across various platforms and media. The ideal candidate will have a history of successful deal-making, KPI management, and team leadership in a start-up or scale-up environment, ready to drive growth and innovation through our esteemed partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Topline Partner Performance: Own end-to-end partner performance revenues, analyzing past performance and making data driven decisions to inform go forward actions.

  • Partnership strategy: Develop a launch, growth and scale partnership strategy that will include cultivating existing ecosystem partnerships and also developing net new relationships across platform, media and league partnerships.

  • Oversee and strategize partnership relationships: Establish strategic working relationships with key partners to drive partner success.

  • Legal/Commercial partner frameworks: Working alongside Fanatics Legal teams and other commercial partners internally develop a considered commercial approach to drive a seamless partner ecosystem.

  • Platform Partnerships - technical integrations: Work with Fanatics Live Product team to develop platform capabilities, Partner APIs, shared data services between Fanatics Live and our partner ecosystem. The expectation is to design and deliver new-to-market technologies that can further our ambitions hand in hand with our ecosystem.

  • Partner Marketing Strategy: Liaise and manage relationships with key marketing stakeholders to bring key moments to life through our world class partner ecosystem.

  • Partner Growth: Liaise and Manage relationships with key growth team stakeholders to help strategize and unlock business growth through our world class partner ecosystem.

  • Team Management, Reporting, Success & KPI Management: Full end to end responsibility for the performance management of teams and our partnerships across the business understanding key growth levers that help drive two-sided improved results.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience of building & supporting world class multi-faceted partnerships.
  • Experience of developing partners in online, digital first businesses
  • An established portfolio of doing deals/partnerships from beginning to end.
  • KPI ownership / Demonstration of success through metrics.
  • Experience of working in a start-up/scale-up environment
  • Experience of building and running teams.
The salary range for this position is $195,000- $249,000 which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
