POSITION SUMMARY

Sony Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking a Bank Documentation coordinator. The position will provide primary support for overall administration of bank accounts and online banking systems. This position requires someone with great attention to detail, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

This is a hybrid role requiring the incumbent to be onsite for a few days a week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Global bank account administration functions

  • Open and close bank accounts

  • Establish and maintain online IDs, proper entitlement provisioning and account services

  • Maintain signatories and Officers / Directors at banks

  • Track and maintain accurate list in central repository

  • Compiling and filing all required paperwork

  • Process encashment requests

  • Bank Fees

  • Track, monitor and report monthly bank fees

  • Standardize services and reduce redundancies and fees where possible

  • Ensure proper billing/invoicing

  • Primary contact for addressing and reporting fraud items to internal resources

  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation around current processes

  • Assist with Accounting & Audit requests

  • Assist with annual audit of bank accounts

  • Prepare invoices for payment

  • Complete annual FBAR submissions

  • Act as backup for Treasury Operations

  • Perform additional tasks as requested

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION

    Your qualifications and experience should include:

    • College degree preferred.

    • 2+ years related work experience preferred.

    • Knowledge of accounting and finance principlespreferred

    • Basic proficiency with MS Office is required (especially Excel)

    • Strong interpersonal communications skills

    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication, computer, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Must be very detailed-oriented, able to prioritize duties and able to meet a variety of deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Must be able to take initiatives on their own

    • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA

    The target annualized base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. The individual will be paid hourly and eligible for overtime. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
