Position Overview

The Technical Communications Admin role is vital in ensuring operational tasks such as reviewing technical reports for proper grammar, style, and communication effectiveness. The role will also assist with office administration and will help provide support to billing processes, collaboration with the engineering team, reconciling credit card transactions, and assisting the Sales Strategy Manager as needed.

The main duties include:

    Conduct meticulous reviews of reports, ensuring accuracy in spelling, grammar, and cost-related details.
  • Have the ability to adjust the style of the reports to a technical nature.
  • Transform proposals and reports into secure PDF versions post-review.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, exhibiting resilience and adaptability to direct communication styles, thereby ensuring streamlined workflow and enhanced teamwork.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and enhancements for office infrastructure.
  • Assist and act as backup for the billing team in generating invoices, reconciliations, and client billing procedures.

Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • 5-10 years of experience with Technical Communications
  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
