Brief Description:

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager within the IS Commercial Department to play a pivotal role in driving innovation and enhancing customer experience through cutting-edge solutions for our Sleep business. This role is focused on delivering solutions to enhance the digital experience for HCPs and Patients leveraging data analytics and real-time solution design. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in the commercial space, including Patient Support Services, Marketing, Sales, Business Operations & Analytics, to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, this role will be instrumental in operationalizing new capabilities, particularly in the realm of data analytics, contributing significantly to streamlined business operations and making a meaningful impact on patient care through advanced and integrated technology solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Solution Delivery: Conceptualize, create, and implement cutting-edge and interactive solutions to enhance customer experience within the Sleep business unit.
  • Data & Analytics: Incorporate a robust focus on data analytics and real-time solution design within technology solutions. Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes, utilizing insights derived from data analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Efficiently engage stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, and a clear understanding of the transformative impact enabled by new capabilities. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the realization of successful outcomes, leveraging insights from data analytics.
  • Technology Operationalizing and Optimizing: Play a pivotal role in the operationalization of new capabilities, with a dedicated focus on data analytics integration. Collaborate proactively with teams to implement and optimize technology solutions, contributing significantly to streamlined business operations through real-time data-driven insights.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in technology solutions, specializing in data analytics and solution design.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing customer-centric technology solutions.
  • Proven experience in architecting and implementing data integration solutions, including Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
  • Skilled in creating process diagrams, flowcharts, and workflow diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart to document and visualize business processes.
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets, extracting actionable insights, and presenting findings clearly and concisely.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Advanced expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel, enabling the creation of impactful visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate data-driven insights.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry within the commercial space is advantageous.
  • Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Change management proficiency, adept at adapting to evolving data needs.
  • Capable of thriving in a matrixed and highly regulated environment.

Required/Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive.

For this role, the full and complete base pay range is $117,600-$176,400. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
