A Marketing Coordinator job in Brea, CA is available through Acara Solutions.
Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of Marketing experience. In this role
successful candidates will be able to manage multiple tasks and roll out large and
small campaigns. Candidates must be detail-oriented decision-makers who can
manage social media campaigns, online events, and roll out local and European campaigns
The pay range for this role is $25.47 - $28.95 p/hour.
Marketing Coordinator job responsibilities include:
  • Supports the Marketing team in coordinating projects and initiatives with media partners, key opinion leaders, customers, trade shows, dealer partners, and sales.
  • Assist in measuring the performance of marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Manages programs and promotional lead processes including creation, tracking, fulfillment, and reporting.
  • Monitors inventory of marketing materials and makes suggestions for re-prints. Develops purchase orders for new literature and assures material is inspected and put into inventory.
  • Assists with field test mailings and tracks shipments.
  • Coordinates all aspects of the product launch projects.
  • Provides revisions on creative projects in the design queue.
  • Support role in the creative process by providing revisions/input on flyers/emails/landing pages/catalogs.
  • Prepares business presentations and monthly reports based on input from Marketing.
  • Actively monitor the competitive environment, including pricing.
  • Creates newsletters/communications to sales, customers, and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Social media campaign implementation: Hootsuite or similar program knowledge is a plus.
  • Coordinating online events, marketing campaigns
  • events, email for each quarter for sample kits or non-focused products
  • Project Management skills
Job Requirements
BASIC/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of Marketing Coordinator work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A basic understanding of marketing (positioning, product development & commercialization, pricing, packaging, promotion) is preferred.
PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
  • Minimum of 2 years of Marketing Coordinator work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of marketing (positioning, product development & commercialization, pricing
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mon - Fri)
  • Hybrid-Remote (3 days in Office-2 days working from home)
  • Background/Drug Screen required
