SUMMARY

The Global Accounts Manager is responsible for maximizing US Global OEM customer market share and revenue by promoting product, Price negotiation and providing development, management, and account direction for assigned accounts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE: 6 years of experience.

SKILLS: The person should have exceptional communication; Office excel and presentation skills.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

INTERNAL: Interacts with most internal functions, including PM team, Sales, and Inside Sales.

EXTERNAL: This position primarily interacts with external customers.

CHALLENGES

  • Position is accountable for strategic business creation and execution.
  • Developing account relationships at all organizational levels. The GAM should have a passion to foster customer satisfaction through trust and high-quality solutions.

SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES

  • Communicates, implements, and executes customers' global strategic plans which including working with Asia EMS Team to meet customer's expectation.
  • Develops and implements business plans to ensure achievement of strategic objectives by maximizing sales revenue profitability.
  • Acts as lead negotiator during global negotiations. Facilitates global pricing coordination with product management.
  • Manages the design-win process through Sales Force Pipeline
  • Continue develop another potential global account.
  • The person should have competencies Teamwork, Customer Orientation, Results Orientation, Promotes Innovation
  • Well-developed business and financial acumen. Ability to understand customer needs and develop mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Travel occasionally domestic and international travel.
