Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive, plan, strategize and implement Sales and Operations (S&OP) process management across all business functions. As a leader, will be responsible to directly collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize demand and supply planning. This role will manage and maintain S&OP processes through an integrated business planner solution (SAP IBP). Encompass collaboration between all business functions to resolve demand and supply planning risk. Drive analytics to ensure alignment and enhance Multi-year Model (MYM) forecasting and planning. Support and create financial reporting views to easily communicate strategic alignment to executive management. This passionate individual will build cohesive partnerships to improve cross functional communication and efficiency to enable business scaling and success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support Sales and Operations (S&OP) process management to enable alignment across all business functions
  • Directly collaborate with business functions to optimize demand and supply planning
  • Manage and maintain S&OP process through an integrated business planner solution (SAP IBP)
  • Analyze demand and supply plans to ensure alignment planning
  • Drive and enhance Multi-year Model (MYM) forecasting and planning
  • Manage Product Lifecycle introduction to generate statistical forecasting to support forecasting models
  • Collaborate with Operations to resolve demand and supply planning risk
  • Closely partner with finance to align with quarterly and yearly revenue plans
  • Maintain Copy Application Jobs for IBP Demand/Base versions
  • Review product accessories forecast accuracy based on Unit demand and statistical forecasting
  • Create analytics and reporting through SAP IBP Web portal
  • Communicate and participate in IBP core team weekly meetings
  • Monthly SAP IBP maintenance
  • Regularly validate and update fiscal year revenue projections with SAP IBP and BW
  • Create revenue projection data for management review
  • Create HW analysis reports based on requirements and criteria from management
  • Other Ad hoc analysis

Qualifications:
  • BS or MS with 5 years of related experience
  • Strong talent for process coordination and delegation in a team-oriented environment that cultivates collaboration.
  • Ability to be hands-on in daily use of SAP, JIRA and Confluence tools
  • Knowledgeable in industry S&OP management tools, practices and systems
  • Strong sense of customer service and drive to improve processes
  • Ability to write and create detailed process and implementation plans
  • Direct experience with SAP IBP, Tableau, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce, and Visio
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $94,000-$140,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
