The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 94,000.00 USD - 124,000.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. The Mrs. Meyer's & Babyganics team is looking for an outstanding Digital Designer E Con (Web & Social) who will help concept, design, develop, produce and execute digital design & content for our LSB portfolio of brands across all digital channels. This type of work will range from designing assets for our website, concepting + designing for social media and marketing design such as updating content for Amazon. Your main purpose will be to create amazing platform-relevant content, that in-turn creates a disproportionate amount of noise. You will join a fast-paced, growing creative team that is raising the bar for all of our brands.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Hands-on execution + production of digital & content creative output

  • Proven ability to develop & apply on-brand campaigns & design systems across digital channels; DTC, Amazon, web, social, digital display, etc.

  • You will partner with the creative studio & brand experience teams on end-to-end campaign development and delivery

  • You will have a point of view on what social content is driving engagement and momentum

  • You will operate with an US lens with an eye on driving consistency across our markets (UK/EU)

  • Along with creative leads, partner with external agencies when necessary to ensure creative excellence

  • Have a point of view on what cuts through on leading social platforms including Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

  • Partner with the brand experience team to work with external influencers when relevant

  • Play a key role in identifying & working with best-in-class specialist contractors, designers, animators, illustrators, etc. to help us deliver amazing digital content for all of our brands

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelors degree, Graphic Design or related field

  • 3+ years of experience working at in-house creative team or agency (or combination)

  • 1+ year of design experience in ecommerce

  • 1+ year of experience in adobe creative suite + figma

  • A portfolio that demonstrates creative skill and a point of view on digital design & content displaying social media or relevant assets

  • 2+ years working with social platforms for brands, either internal or external. Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest

Preferred:

  • Passion about our brands, design & innovation and the drive to stay ahead of competitors.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative decision making

  • Creative, methodical problem-solving skills with focus on efficient execution

  • Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve

  • Ability to multi-task, driving delivery of multiple projects at once, across brands and across markets.

  • Resilience to work within a fast pace, with agility and tenacity.

  • Experience with photography and video production, from creating and filming to editing images and video content

  • Animation or editing abilities for short-form content
