Job Title: Sales Representative - Spanish Bilingual
Location: Garden Grove, CA - onsite
FLSA: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire

Our client, a leading Mechanical Parts Manufacturing Company, is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will manage client relations, handling both existing and new client inquiries in equal measure. This role requires a proactive and reliable individual with strong client relationship management skills, particularly within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) at a professional level and have at least 3 years of sales experience. Travel between 20% and 50% may be required.

Responsibilities:
Promote OEM products to new and existing clients to drive sales revenue.
Conduct telephone calls, emails, and in-person visits to establish and strengthen business relationships.
Prepare compelling presentations and reports highlighting product features and services.
Engage in effective sales discussions with clients in the US and Mexico, presenting analyzed cost reduction proposals.
Provide quotes, negotiate prices, manage shipping schedules by collaborating with internal departments and external vendors.
Maintain accurate customer orders and information in the company system.
Research market trends, pricing, and competitor information to develop effective sales strategies.
Stay updated on product and company operations by collaborating with quality and production departments.
Attend trade shows and events to expand the company's network and drive growth.
Perform additional duties as necessary to support the sales team and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:
Spanish Bilingual - Business level reading/writing/speaking proficiency required.
3 years of sales and business development experience is required.
Strong ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel 20% - 50% including Mexico.
Driving and Valid driver's license is required for this position.
Automotive related experience is a plus.
Working experience for Japanese company is a plus.
