Background materials for failed candidates are retained for three years.
Experience: Two (2) years of full-time, paid work experience which involved the examination and processing of real property documents or vital records.
Substitution: Completion of coursework that is acceptable within the United States' accredited college or university system may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, with (30) semester units of completed coursework equating to one (1) year of the required experience.
License: Possession of a valid Class "C" driver's license, or equivalent, may be required.
Notes: Recruitment and/or certification may be limited to candidates possessing a specific education and/or experience background related to the specific position vacancy as authorized by the Director of Human Resources.
