We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized People Development Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our colleagues.

The People Development Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and reporting of training activities within the organization. The Training Coordinator will also support overall tracking and reporting, data management, content updates, registration management and other administrative support tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external partners to source training schedules.
  • Monitor/manage credits from external vendors and partners.
  • Support Paladin's Apprentice programs.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring optimal participation and minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Support registration of colleagues with internal and external training.
  • Arrange venues, equipment, and materials necessary for effective training delivery.
  • Generate reports for management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Support colleague certification tracking
  • Assist with certification processes for colleagues who complete training.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training progress and completion.
  • Monitor partner portals for training opportunities, compliance requirements, and reporting.
  • Ensure training programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR (Human Resources), HSE and other stakeholders to support initiatives
  • Promote a positive training culture within the organization.
  • Provide support for LMS (Learning Management System) and other HR systems as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 or more years of experience as a Training Coordinator, a project coordinator or similar administrative team-based role
  • 3 or more years of experience in MS Office, with intermediate skills in Outlook and Word, and basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Process driven and strong attention to detail as demonstrated by past workplace experience.
  • Effective communication and demonstrated experience of following through on assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Formal education in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field or 3 or more years of office based administrative support
  • Knowledge of Security, networking and/or AV industry manufacturers and partners
  • Strong organizational and project management skills as demonstrated by 1 or more years of experience
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
Pay Range: $22.00ph - $30.00ph DOE

  • Must be able to effectively communicate, (i.e., see, hear, speak, and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment
  • Position is a desk job requiring the use of computer, keyboard, and phone
Working Conditions
In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
  • The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated. Noise levels are considered moderate while working in collaborative, open workspaces
  • This is an office-based job a minimum of 2 days of week
