As a Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business areas with the identification and evaluation of key risks and opportunities to strengthen the control environment. You will be responsible for supporting operational event management including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, SOC 1 audit coordination, trend analysis, and other risk management initiatives/projects. To thrive in this role, you've been successful in a risk management and/or audit-related position where you've had experience with risk and control self-assessments, SOC 1 internal control audits, and risk reporting.

  • You've had exposure to risk management, internal audit, and/or internal control techniques relating to an asset manager's core operational business and/or technology functions.
  • You have strong planning, organization, and project management skills to exercise good judgement and have a process for managing competing priorities. You are comfortable when priorities shift, and you manage change with steadfast composure.
  • You work well with and through others on cross-functional and enterprise initiatives, and apply intellectual curiosity and analytical skills to resolve matters of complexity and ambiguity.
  • You've had experience in identifying and interpreting meaningful information by interrogating large amounts of data (i.e., data analytics), leveraging technology to help further strengthen control environments.
  • You've learned how to build strong relationships with business partners providing broad risk management and technical expertise.
  • You are a dependable team player able to collaborate with colleagues regionally and globally.


Orange County Base Salary Range: $86,424-$138,278

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
