Overview

Combine your passion for invoicing, financial analysis, and project administration in this fast-paced, high-volume opportunity. Your contributions will allow our team to efficiently prepare and process orders and invoices as our business continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly sales orders and invoices in SAP for high profile projects
  • Interpret contracts for invoicing requirements and develop detailed backup sheet
  • Develop and implement new invoicing processes in area of responsibility
  • Prepare contract-specific documentation and coordinate with project managers and customers on review, approval, and sign-off
  • Coordinate and develop responses to clients on invoice inquiries
  • Understand relevant regulations applicable to invoices and ensure compliance
  • Evaluate and reconcile cost and schedule variances in collaboration with other analysts; analyze trends to ensure all relevant information is factored into decision making process
  • Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition processed through SAP
  • Utilize a variety of reporting tools to identify and analyze unbilled balances and unpaid invoices
  • Prepare labor transfer and A/P transfer requests
  • Proactively identify invoicing and payment issues; coordinate with Customer Service, Contracts, project managers, and management to resolve these issues

Requirements

  • 2+ years professional experience in a similar position or supporting similar responsibilities
  • Professional experience, ideally focused on invoicing, financial analysis and project administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of business information systems
  • Ability to effectively interact with all departments and levels of staff
  • Bachelor's in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field

Recommended Qualifications

  • Professional experience working with Salesforce, SAP or other ERP systems
  • Master's in business administration, finance, accounting or related field

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$66,560$99,840 USD
