As a Seasonal Merchandise Associate, you will join our Retail Services team in achieving successful sales and top-notch customer service by:

• Maintaining store presentation standards through building displays, fixture installation, store sets, shelf maintenance, down stock, retrofits, inventory reconciliation, display maintenance, and POP installation.
• Identifying opportunities for incremental display space to drive volume goals.
• Providing product knowledge training to store personnel with the intention of allowing them to better drive sales to the end user.
• Generating sales by increasing brand awareness and trial through direct interactions with consumers in assigned stores.
• Covering multiple stores daily and participating in promotional events in assigned territory.
• Assisting and monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a safe work environment by understanding and demonstrating safe work practices at all times.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Completing other duties as assigned.

While our training will set you up for success, there are a few skills/experience you should already have:

• A high school diploma (or GED) and 1-2 years of retail or sales experience.
• A high level of initiative and a competitive drive to succeed.
• Professional communication skills and can communicate effectively across multiple audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours (weekend and evening hours may be required depending on location).
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to travel extensively using personal transportation within the territory (overnight travel may be required depending on location).

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $25.75.An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs.This position is a limited-term employee and will be eligible to participate in the employee 401k benefit program, including company match; however, is not eligible for other Company benefits.
