The Client Service Associate is a vital client-facing role responsible for supporting, managing, and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. This requires a service-first attitude, and the ability to handle complex situations. The Client Service Associate must demonstrate a passionate commitment to working as a team to serve clients. You will have to adequately communicate with colleagues, high-net-worth clients, and their business partners.
