STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Garden Grove, California office. As an Administrative Assistant for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for routine clerical duties including but not limited to front office receptionist tasks, data entry, filing, copying, and overall office administration.

The successful candidate will be also be responsible for:

  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Greeting employees and visitors to the office
  • Working with construction documents and forms
  • Accounts payable processing
  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Assisting with managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting with HR and IT needs as needed
  • Assisting with meeting and event planning and set up for the office

Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:

  • 0-5 years of previous administrative or accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcribing abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible, skilled at multi-tasking, detail oriented and organized

Candidates with the following background may be given preference:

  • Previous experience working in the construction industry
  • Bi-lingual English-Spanish

***PAY RANGE: $21-24/hr commensurated upon experience***
