Our managed hotels portfolio includes Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson Red, Park Plaza, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson.

• Ensures proper set up of tables to in the lounge.
• Inspects linen, silver, china and other items prior to using them.
• Takes customer orders and provides suggestions for both beverage and food.
• Reports beverage orders to bartenders, ensure drinks are garnishes before serving.
• Coordinates service with other servers and Chef
• Serves food and beverages to guests, refills beverages as needed.
• Removes dirty glasses, linens and dishes from lounge area.
• Responds to customer requests and complaints.
• Cleans lounge area during and after events.
• Adheres to legal and/or company policies and standards.
• Understands and follows the laws and guidelines for beverage service.
• Closes out the customer's bill applying cash and credit cards in accordance with established procedures.
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations:
• Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.

Requirement/Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in similar position within an upscale environment is preferred.
• Basic skills in reading, writing, arithmetic
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to relate to all levels of guests and management.
• Must possess a strong team spirit.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to maneuver up to 150 pounds, occasionally, for short periods of time
• Able to set up and take down tables, chairs, stages and other banquet meeting fixtures
• Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 200 lbs, occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, constantly.

The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
