POSITION SUMMARY:

Manages the daily service operations and customer service support of the service center.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Supervise technicians to perform quality, timely and efficient work. Prioritizes schedules and assigns work.
  • Promote and schedule training and development of service technicians.
  • Responsible for delivering technician operating performance results in line with established and posted goals.
  • Manages the failure analysis and warranty decision making process.
  • Determine customer payment method and prepare internal external customer quotations.
  • Maintain operation of shop and service areas in a safe, clean and effective manner as established by company policy.
  • Comply with all federal, state and local regulations to operation including but not limited to EPA, OSHA, DOT and worker's compensation.
  • Facilitate maintenance of company-owned shop equipment, vehicles and property.
  • Manage shop supplies, tooling expenditures and related inventories.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Associate's or Technical School preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience required.
